Customer Service Great. I was able to combine offers and it was a great buy on a chair February 15, 2012 Always have a great selection and good prices.

Great selection, excellent customer service and great prices. They carry furniture, flooring, appliances and electronics. The electronics and appliances store alone is about the same size as four best buys. I think this is one of the best stores in the country. I'm glad they are in Omaha, Kansas City, and to be in Dallas in 2015.
November 28, 2011 Beyond amazing. My wife and I shop there for all our big ticket "items. We furnished our first home only from NFM, and obtained the best deals. If you are aware that customer service people to work on commission , and you understand that they are people too, you get a good deal. We bought a Tempurpedic mattress NFM, despite the fact that several parts of the city gave better deals at the time. We mentioned the offers we received, and NFM matched the price, and gave us a credit of $ 100 for shopping there. We also bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator and Black Friday. We saved about $ 2000. I just wish there was an NFM in Lincoln! But they do deliver in Lincoln so I guess it's good enough. There is a shop very kind of intimidating, but the selection is great!
February 28, 2011 Service in the store has always been good. I gave them the "Dislike" rating, because after the store experience, I have not been happy. I bought a sofa and armchair with oversized cleaning service Guard. They could not secure a spot, what I was told I would get a new president, NFM and called me to set up delivery. After two weeks, I had to call them, and I discovered that the chair is no longer in production. I get a store credit and choose a new president. I schedule the delivery to the 15, and 14 I get a call, it is not there, and they'll call me when it comes to schedule a new delivery date. Well ..... two weeks go by and I call them again! I know that "just happened." Whatever. I was told next week 3/7. I hope I will not be shown a new line that day.
