 I purchased and extended warranty 3 years with accident coverage screen. The warranty was to expire this from my February 25th 2012, so I sent my macbook to replace the screen that had white spots scattered light through which the pixels died and dysfunction. Well, a few weeks later I returned to pick it up, and Total Tech said they did not repair it because it was not a failure for them. I thought WTF, and more importantly is that I talked to Jason, apparently as a representative Total Tech and he said they would take care of the issue after I called the store and send it back. That's when the manager Justin [Team Leader] said whoa, they would not return to their depot because their company decided that it was not a defect, then j I called back and guess what? There was not a single note on the location of my screen and I had taken one of Jason and later he changed what he said, He said that since Apple decided not to set, it was good enough excuse for them not to fix it. My husband and I shop here often and whenever we do, we have trouble getting our deliveries. Months go by and we will not listen. I learned to assume that we will not receive our purchases on time, and not to trust when they tell us to expect. We ordered our basement carpet from here and they never showed, so we had to postpone. NFM has something really great, but I've learned to expect to be disappointed about the arrival of my purchase. It happened again to us today and we will not go back.

At first I was unhappy that NFM was causing the smaller furniture stores to close. Reluctantly we shopped for our new house a few years ago. We bought bedroom furniture, home theater, kitchen table etc. We had to move and lost some equipment for one of the bedroom sets. We contacted by e-mail NFM. In one day they called us and confirmed what we needed. Within 2 days the equipment was delivered to our house. Exactly what we needed, at no cost. I consider this excellent service and always start my runs NFM.

 You get what you pay for. My first time I was pregnant, my first child, and my husband and I was looking for nursery furniture and lounge furniture. We had a horrible experience we have just left, do not buy anything and I emailed the company. I received a call from the manager asking for another chance. A few months later, we return always interested in living room furniture and still need a rocker for our nursery. So I am matched with a sales lady who was pretty decent. We spent $ 2200, they gave us a reduction of about $ 200. Not too bad for a couch, chair, loveseat, ottoman and glider. The delivery was on everything but the glider and all was well. I even bought the stuff Scottish guard. Well, they delivered my furniture and I noticed the box was in the glider was open. My initial idea was good, they have not forgotten the tricks Scottish guard. The best place in town to buy a Sprint phone! The staff is knowledgeable and they have the best prices anywhere! The store was busy so that the head of the department helped me until one of his people became available. GREAT job! I will be back in Nebraska furntiure Mart to add on to my children my phone plan Sprint at Christmas!
