Great selection, excellent customer service and great prices. They carry furniture, flooring, appliances and electronics. The electronics and appliances store alone is about the same size as four best buys. I think this is one of the best stores in the country. I'm glad they are in Omaha, Kansas City, and to be in Dallas in 2015.
November 28, 2011 Beyond amazing. My wife and I shop there for all our big ticket "items. We furnished our first home only from NFM, and obtained the best deals. If you are aware that customer service people to work on commission , and you understand that they are people too, you get a good deal. We bought a Tempurpedic mattress NFM, despite the fact that several parts of the city gave better deals at the time. We mentioned the offers we received, and NFM matched the price, and gave us a credit of $ 100 for shopping there. We also bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator and Black Friday. We saved about $ 2000. I just wish there was an NFM in Lincoln! But they do deliver in Lincoln so I guess it's good enough. There is a shop very kind of intimidating, but the selection is great!
February 28, 2011 Service in the store has always been good. I gave them the "Dislike" rating, because after the store experience, I have not been happy. I bought a sofa and armchair with oversized cleaning service Guard. They could not secure a spot, what I was told I would get a new president, NFM and called me to set up delivery. After two weeks, I had to call them, and I discovered that the chair is no longer in production. I get a store credit and choose a new president. I schedule the delivery to the 15, and 14 I get a call, it is not there, and they'll call me when it comes to schedule a new delivery date. Well ..... two weeks go by and I call them again! I know that "just happened." Whatever. I was told next week 3/7. I hope I will not be shown a new line that day.

 I purchased and extended warranty 3 years with accident coverage screen. The warranty was to expire this from my February 25th 2012, so I sent my macbook to replace the screen that had white spots scattered light through which the pixels died and dysfunction. Well, a few weeks later I returned to pick it up, and Total Tech said they did not repair it because it was not a failure for them. I thought WTF, and more importantly is that I talked to Jason, apparently as a representative Total Tech and he said they would take care of the issue after I called the store and send it back. That's when the manager Justin [Team Leader] said whoa, they would not return to their depot because their company decided that it was not a defect, then j I called back and guess what? There was not a single note on the location of my screen and I had taken one of Jason and later he changed what he said, He said that since Apple decided not to set, it was good enough excuse for them not to fix it. My husband and I shop here often and whenever we do, we have trouble getting our deliveries. Months go by and we will not listen. I learned to assume that we will not receive our purchases on time, and not to trust when they tell us to expect. We ordered our basement carpet from here and they never showed, so we had to postpone. NFM has something really great, but I've learned to expect to be disappointed about the arrival of my purchase. It happened again to us today and we will not go back.

At first I was unhappy that NFM was causing the smaller furniture stores to close. Reluctantly we shopped for our new house a few years ago. We bought bedroom furniture, home theater, kitchen table etc. We had to move and lost some equipment for one of the bedroom sets. We contacted by e-mail NFM. In one day they called us and confirmed what we needed. Within 2 days the equipment was delivered to our house. Exactly what we needed, at no cost. I consider this excellent service and always start my runs NFM.

 You get what you pay for. My first time I was pregnant, my first child, and my husband and I was looking for nursery furniture and lounge furniture. We had a horrible experience we have just left, do not buy anything and I emailed the company. I received a call from the manager asking for another chance. A few months later, we return always interested in living room furniture and still need a rocker for our nursery. So I am matched with a sales lady who was pretty decent. We spent $ 2200, they gave us a reduction of about $ 200. Not too bad for a couch, chair, loveseat, ottoman and glider. The delivery was on everything but the glider and all was well. I even bought the stuff Scottish guard. Well, they delivered my furniture and I noticed the box was in the glider was open. My initial idea was good, they have not forgotten the tricks Scottish guard. However when I put the thing together, I realized that the instructions and materials were in a Ziploc bag and they had driven ...

The best place in town to buy a Sprint phone! The staff is knowledgeable and they have the best prices anywhere! The store was busy so that the head of the department helped me until one of his people became available. GREAT job! I will be back in Nebraska furntiure Mart to add on to my children my phone plan Sprint at Christmas!

Nebraska Furniture Mart is the largest furniture store in North America, sales of furniture, flooring, appliances and electronics. Nebraska Furniture Mart or NFM was founded in 1937 by Mrs. B (Rose Blumkin) in Omaha, Nebraska. She worked in the company until the age of 103. In 1983, Mrs. B sold a majority stake in Berkshire Hathaway with the famous handshake agree with Warren Buffett. NFM now has three stores. The Omaha store is more than 420,000 square feet (39,000 m2) of retail space and is 77 acres (310,000 m2) of land. Kansas City, Kansas store is 420,000 square feet (39,000 m2) of retail space and is 88 acres (360,000 m2) of land and sits in front of the Kansas Speedway. The third store is located in Des Moines, Iowa and is 24,000 square feet (2,200 m2) and sells appliances, flooring and televisions.

In the 1990s, NFM opened a state of the art electronics and appliance store NFM Mega Mart, which sells computers, software, music, videos and personal electronic items and televisions and appliances.
